  • The Model 2182A combines low noise, thermoelectric EMF cancellation, fast measurement rates, and 2ppm accuracy.
  • The Model 2182A also addresses demanding low voltage applications such as determining the electrical characteristics of power sensitive materials, highly conductive metals, and high and low temperature superconductors.

Pairing the 2182A with the 6220/6221 creates a modular source and measure solution that can perform:

  • Delta Mode Measurements – 1000x rejection of offsets
  • Differential Conductance
  • Pulsed resistance and pulsed I-V (6221 only)
