Keithley’s families of SourceMeter instruments

The high-speed pulse mode measurements, parallel test execution, and precision timing provided by some of our SourceMeter instruments supply the industry's highest throughput, lowering the cost of test. We offer two families of SourceMeters instruments, 15 source measurement unit (SMU) instruments in all, so you can choose the SMU with the features your application requires. The source and measure ranges of each of our instruments were designed for specific uses. The total range of the SMUs cover 1fA to 50A and 1μV to 200V. Some SMUs double their ranges when connected together.
