Keithley Instruments Acquires RF Waveform Technology

Keithley Instruments has acquired RF Waveform Technology as a result of the acquisition of Lyocom, Inc. Keithley currently offers a wide range of measurement capabilities for developers and manufacturers of wireless devices and products This technology extends Keithley's solutions to include WiMAX, MIMO (Multiple Input Multiple Output), and WLAN test applications. This RF waveform measurement technology will be used with Keithley's Model 2800 Series RF Vector Signal Analyzers and Model 2900 Series Vector Signal Generators to provide a powerful, high performance solution that reduces test time as well as the overall cost of testing.
