On September 29, 2010, Keithley Instruments, Inc., and Tektronix, Inc., two leading manufacturers of test and measurement solutions, entered into a sales agreement whereby Tektronix will purchase Keithley. Although the acquisition requires the satisfaction of customary closing conditions, once it is officially complete, we look forward to having these two great companies work closely together for their shared and increased success. We are hopeful that the acquisition will be complete by the end of 2010.
