Our Series 700 Semiconductor/Low-Leakage switch mainframes are available in single-slot (up to 96 crosspoints) and six-slot (up to 576 crosspoints) configurations. They are designed to integrate seamlessly with the Model 4200-SCS for semiconductor I-V and C-V characterization via a GPIB interface.
