TSB Example Scripts

Example Test Scripts, Application Note Examples, and Utility Scripts.

To download a script project and install the project in the Test Script Builder (TSB) software, follow these simple instructions:

Select a category and click the hyperlink of the script project you wish to download. Save the file to a folder on your hard drive.
Open the TSB software.
With your mouse, select: File ==> Import
In the Import Select window, select "Existing TSP Projects from Zip File," then hit Next.
Specify the path name to the file that you save on your hard drive. When the project files appear in the window, check all boxes of the project. Hit Finish to complete the process of adding the project to the navigator window of TSB.

TestPoint Example Program
This TestPoint example program (KI260X_TestPoint_Example) shows how to use TestPoint to read a TSP script from a file, download it into a 260X SourceMeter instrument, and then run it to create several functions. The program shows how call those functions and pass parameters to them from the program's GUI. The program is designed to work with a Keithley or CEC GPIB interface.
