Basic Service Contract

The Basic Service Contract is designed to provide assistance to those customers with in-house support staffs. The contract features:

  • Technical phone response by a Keithley Field Engineer.
  • Overnight shipment of needed parts.
  • On-site response of Keithley Field Engineer in less than one business day if troubleshooting is required after module replacement
  • Annual PM & calibration.
  • Software patch updates.
  • Field change orders are provided.

Contract only applies to Keithley manufactured parts. Contract extensions must be added to support non Keithley manufactured parts.
