Basic Service Contract
The Basic Service Contract is designed to provide assistance to those customers with in-house support staffs. The contract features:
- Technical phone response by a Keithley Field Engineer.
- Overnight shipment of needed parts.
- On-site response of Keithley Field Engineer in less than one business day if troubleshooting is required after module replacement
- Annual PM & calibration.
- Software patch updates.
- Field change orders are provided.
Contract only applies to Keithley manufactured parts. Contract extensions must be added to support non Keithley manufactured parts.
