An upgrade of the initial basic one year warranty to the Service Plus Contract coverage. This upgrade provides:
- Technical phone response of less than two hours.
- Overnight shipment of parts.
- On-site response of Keithley Field Engineer in less than one business day.
- Semi-annual PM and calibration.
- Installation of field change orders and software updates.
This upgrade is available only at the time of system purchase.
