Keithley maintains complete repair and calibration facilities and standards laboratories in Cleveland, Ohio and Munich, Germany. Regional authorized locations are available.
Firmware Upgrades
Contact a Keithley Service Center for information on recent firmware upgrades or to arrange to upgrade a unit.
Instrument Loaner Program
Many Keithley products are built into automated test systems where up-time is critical. Through our loaner program, available on selected instruments, we can provide a short-term replacement at a nominal cost while a unit is out of service for calibration or repair.
Replacement Parts
Keithley offers a full line of factory-tested andauthorized parts for all current and many obsolete Keithley products. We stock repair parts for our instruments for at least five years after sales of the model have been discontinued. Our fast delivery often makes it unnecessary for customers service departments to maintain large stocks of parts. We can also supply operating and service manuals, and a variety of other accessories.

Return for Calibration or Repair
If your Keithley product needs to be calibrated or repaired, please contact the nearest Keithley Service Center. For some service centers (e.g. US), you will receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. To speed the process, please have the following information ready when calling or e-mailing:
- Model number
- Serial number
- Company name, contact name and phone number
- Purchase order number for billing
- Description of problem
